Bricks 4 Kidz Washington DC does not issue refunds for sessions attended, missed, or left early. In case of extenuating circumstances, we will be able to offer credit toward future classes or events upon request (e.g. student is sick and cannot make it to a scheduled class/ workshop /party).
A deposit is a paid request to hold a spot for your child in a class or event that might otherwise have been sold to someone else. Due to the nature of deposits, these are non-refundable, whether for Birthday Parties or other events. In case of extenuating circumstances, we may be able to credit your deposit toward future classes or events upon request (e.g. student is sick and cannot make it to a scheduled camp).
Question: How soon should I reserve a party slot?
Answer: 1-2 months out. While we do occasionally have party slots open less than a month out, most are filling up 6-8 weeks out.
We do not normally accept party requests less than 2 weeks away, even if we might have had the availability, due to staff scheduling constraints.
