What kids do at Bricks 4 Kidz Camp

WHat should I know about camp before signing

Camp Age Requirements:

Our 2025 summer camps are designed for students entering 1st-6th grade in the fall of 2025.  If your child will not be entering 1st grade or up next school year, they may not have an enjoyable time at camp.  It is always better to wait until a future camp to make sure they have the opportunity for a great time.  If you sign up your child who does not fall into the age requirements, they may be asked to stay home with no refund for camp.   If you have questions about the age policy, please contact us before registering.

Cost of Camp:

The cost of each week-long camp includes a $50 non-refundable registration fee.  Some camp themes cost more than other camps.

We understand that your family schedules can change! If you need to transfer your child to a different camp session, you can switch—for free—as long as you provide at least 72 hours notice before the camp starts (by Friday at 9:00 AM before the camp week) and if we have space available in another camp. Transfers are based on availability and staff recommendation.

If you need to cancel, you can call or email us for:

–    14+ days before camp: You will receive a 100% refund, minus the $50 non-refundable fee.

–    7-13 days before camp: You will receive a 50% refund, minus the $50 non-refundable fee.

–    Less than 7 days before camp: No refunds can be given.

Important: Camps often sell out, so space in another session is not guaranteed if you need to switch.  If your child is sent home due to their behavior

Discount Codes: If you have a discount code, it must be applied before you register and pay. Once payment is made, we cannot apply discounts retroactively

What happens if the camp is already SOLD OUT?

Our maximum class size is small (usually 16-20), and camps regularly sell out in advance. For most camp weeks, there is an option to be added to a waitlist on our registration site. If you add your child’s name to the waitlist, we will contact those names first before opening the registration to the public. If there is a week of camp that your child can’t miss, we recommend registering in advance.

Camp Behavior Policy:

At our camp, we want every child to have a fun, safe, and positive experience. To ensure this, we expect all campers to listen to their instructors, follow directions, and treat others with kindness and respect.

If a camper is not following the rules or is disrupting the group, we will take the following steps:

 1.  Time-Out from Activities – The child will take a short break from an activity for an age-appropriate amount of time.

2.  Parent Contact – If the behavior continues, we will contact a parent by phone, email, or in the carpool line to discuss the situation.

3.  Dismissal from Camp – If the behavior does not improve, the child may need to go home for the day, stay home for an additional day, or stay home for the entire remainder of the camp session. No refunds will be given in this case, and campers may be asked not to register for future camps or classes.

If your child has difficulty following teacher instructions at school, they may not find our camp to be a good fit. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable and engaging experience for all campers.

If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out. We appreciate your support in making camp a great experience for everyone!

If you have any questions, please contact Eric McFarland at 318-734-5346.
